SKETS acts as an extended arm of client’s studio, providing documentation services for Interior projects. Our designers are trained on global design standards and construction technology. Drawing on the experience of documenting over 250 interior projects, our team is able to set up the details based on the plans, elevations and renderings. Thus the Designers are saved the effort of identifying the details that need to be setup and can focus their attention on detailing and developing the design.

We typically get involved during the schematic design phase so as to gain understanding of the design. This enables us to execute the project with better efficiency and optimize the time spent by the client design team.
While in most of our engagements, we are involved in the entire process, there have been instances where we only carry out Construction Documentation. The project scope is dependent on the client's requirements and we are flexible in adapting to the same.
The CAD Documentation is produced in accordance with AIA architecture standards.
