Project based model is designed for immediate or short-term projects. Under this model, clients outsource work for individual projects. SKETS carries out work at their offshore facilities in India (New Delhi).

The offshore team acts as a virtual extension of the client team. The project coordinator provides an interface between the client and the offshore team. We have successfully implemented this working model for many clients across the globe.

Dedicated Center Model

In this model, SKETS maintains a dedicated center as per the specifications of the client. The team is assigned to perform work on multiple projects exclusively for the client. The Dedicated Center operates as an extended arm of the client organization. With mature processes and integrated teams, the development time is reduced drastically. This is a good model for working on multiple projects for the client.
